By accessing and using the SPACS College Online Examination Portal ("the Portal"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Portal.
2. User Accounts
2.1 Account Registration
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
2.2 Account Types
- Students: Access to take exams, view results, and download materials
- Faculty: Create exams, grade submissions, and manage courses
- External Examiners: Review and grade assigned examinations
- Administrators: Full system access and user management
3. Examination Rules
3.1 Academic Integrity
- All examinations must be completed independently unless otherwise specified
- Use of unauthorized materials or assistance is strictly prohibited
- Plagiarism, cheating, or any form of academic dishonesty will result in disciplinary action
- The Portal uses AI-based proctoring to ensure exam integrity
3.2 Proctoring and Monitoring
- Webcam and microphone access may be required during examinations
- Your exam session may be recorded for review purposes
- Screen activity and browser behavior are monitored during exams
- Violations detected by the proctoring system will be flagged for review
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Portal for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Portal
- Interfere with or disrupt the Portal's operation
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Share your account credentials with others
- Impersonate another user or provide false information
- Attempt to circumvent proctoring or security measures
5. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Portal, including exams, materials, and resources, is the property of SPACS College
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or share examination content without permission
- Course materials are for educational use only and may not be used commercially
6. Privacy and Data Protection
- Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- Exam recordings and proctoring data are stored securely and used only for academic purposes
- We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data
7. Grading and Results
- Grades are assigned by faculty members and external examiners
- Results are provided through the Portal upon completion of grading
- Grade disputes must be submitted through official channels
- SPACS College reserves the right to review and adjust grades if necessary
8. Termination
SPACS College reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms
- Remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws
- Modify or discontinue the Portal at any time
9. Limitation of Liability
SPACS College is not liable for:
- Technical issues, downtime, or service interruptions
- Loss of data due to technical failures
